Job Locations and Reviews
Client wanted the simple route for a new shut off instead of cutting old one out and replacing . See pictures
Upon arrival had homeowner turn on living room zone only. Went to zone board to verify that the proper damper was opening. The proper damper was receiving the correct voltage and was open. Tested other zones to ensure that they were not receiving voltage and verified that they were not opening. Physically checked all registers that correspond to the living room zone and all had the proper airflow. Physically checked all registers that correspond to the master bedroom and sun room and all of those registers had no detectable airflow. Put my calibrated thermometer next to master bedroom thermostat to ensure that the thermostat did not deviate from the actual temperature. Closed register near main entrance to try to minimize cross over airflow to master bedroom. Would recommend opening once homeowner begins to run the heat. System is in good working order.
Performed precision heat tuneup. System is in good working condition. Filter was replaced at customers expense second filter this year. Filter size 16 x 25 x 4 Honeywell.

Found drain line was standing full. Pulled toilet and ran large drain machine. Did not locate blockage. I checked drain line under home and proceeded to check septic tank to find it full. I advised home owner to contact Layman’s to have it pumped out. A full septic can cause back up and plug vents so I advised customer to call us back if problems persist after septic is emptied. Note: toilet in master bath needs a repair flange. I secured tank using wood screw and washer. Customer advised same.
For this job, the customer was wanting new filters for her system. She didn’t want an estimate for a new filter rack, but just our pleaded filters we have in our trucks. I was able to get the right size for the customer and the size are 20 x 20 x 2 Goodman filter while, I was here at the customers house, she wanted me to give her an estimate for housing filters and her drinking water filter. The information that I collected from the house will sent to the office to finalize. I did it find any other issues with the system.
Just resolved a clogged toilet issue in a Defiance, OH home. Employed a toilet auger to clear the blockage efficiently. Changed out air bleeders in radiators in the living room. Did have to drain the system. Ensured all air was out and performed precision tuneup. Ensured boiler was working properly. Invoice emailed for billing, customer advised they had a credit from previous service call.
Replaced air separator and pressure tank. Bled system all I could but found 2 bleeders to be seized and evidence of leaking. Quoted customer for tune up and replacing 2 air bleeders. Customer approved so we need to schedule.
For this job, the customer was having problems The burners staying lit. So I proceeded to check the thermal coupling and found that has good readings. so I pulled the burners out and re-hooked it up after I lit it the burners came on. So I put the burners back in the water heater and try to light it. I found the flames just roll out. And I also noticed the fuse was not in its place. After checking Everything, I recommend to the customer getting a new water heater. The customer had asked if we can give him a quote and after I did, he said he will talk to his wife and ask if we can give him the exact price for the water heater and new liner. As of right now, the customer does not have any hot water.
Will be upgrading mobile home furnace to standard furnace and relocating into basement. Will also be upgrading duct work to proper sizing. For proper system functions a new AC is recommended unless customer would just replace current mobile home furnace. Materials: Duct work will be approximately 50 feet in length for main trunk line with 13 6” duct board take offs, approximately 75’ of 6” flex and connecting to existing boots. We will also need to install a return with additional duct board and proper return grate.
For this job, I performed to check over the furnace because it would light up, but shut off right off for that. So I did check the gas valve and found the pressure coming in was low. so I adjust the pressure and was able to get that back in track. Then taking the both hoes off the pressure switch I blow into them, I also tried to take the flame rod sensor, but the screw was rusted to the shell of the burner. I was not able to get that screw break loose. After doing all these steps, I turned the furnace back on and was able to get the furnace lit and stayed on. The fan came on as normal operation. Operating the furnace on and off, the system is working. I did not find any other issue with the system
Arrived at a residential customer's home for their annual air duct cleaning. I thoroughly cleaned the ductwork, decreasing the amount of dust in the home. The ducts will now provide better air flow into the home and the maintenance will reduce the need for future repairs to the HVAC system.
Installed a new electric water heater at a residential home. Upon my arrival, I removed the old unit and carefully installed the new system for the homeowner. I then tested the system for leaks and performance issues. The new water heater is working well to heat the water in the home.
Replaced faulty 15 amp breaker. Ensured electrical circuit is now working properly. When I was here last time I was flipping breakers to find circuit for upstairs switch. Breaker was faulty and when I turned it off it would not reset. For this reason no service fee was charged only parts and labor. Customer would like hard copy mailed to him of all services.
Replaced blower wheel and blower motor. I checked the operation, and I found no issues with the system. Both wheel and motor working great!
