Performed a tune-up on a geothermal air conditioning system and identified a weak 40uf capacitor. Replaced the faulty capacitor with a new 40uf unit, ensuring proper system functionality. After installation, tested the system to confirm stable operation and optimal performance. No further issues were detected during the inspection, and the system is running efficiently.
Replaced water furnace valve core assembly for both high and low sides. Pressurized system to ensure no leaks, pulled vacuum and charged system to factory spec. Ensured system was operating properly before leaving. Photos of job uploaded for reference.
Performed a comprehensive replacement of the vitreous china water closet fixture in the primary residential bathroom. Disconnected the existing unit from the waste line and water supply lines after turning off valves to isolate plumbing. Removed the old toilet and wax seal. Prepared subfloor for new installation using appropriate sealants and mounting hardware. Installed new 1.28 GPF high-efficiency elongated bowl toilet per manufacturer specifications. Reconnected supply line with reinforced hose and waste line with slip-joint connection. Tested for leaks and proper flushing operation. Disposed of old toilet responsibly.
The diagnosis indicated a malfunctioning gas valve. I proceeded to replace the faulty gas valve, followed by a thorough leak inspection to ensure safety. Afterward, I ignited the system to verify its proper operation and functionality.

Removed chunk of wax from sink drain and verified proper operation.
Customer already replaced the breaker himself Geo was running when I got here I installed a new condensate pump and checked the split on the water and was getting a 7° rise. However we need to schedule a tuneup ASAP to check the geothermal and to juice up the system.
Found breaker to be bad, quoted condo pump and new breaker. Customer approved repairs need to return asap to repair.
Found breaker was bad. Replaced with double pole 30 amp breaker. Verified amp draw and water heater is now working. No after hours fee charged due to installing unit earlier today.
Found that the capacitor had failed and the compressor nor the pumps were running. Capacitor was changed and ensured system was operating prior to leaving. System is a little low on water and Freon should be checked due to temperature rise in water. A tune up was recommended to go through system for general maintenance.

Installing a 4" clean out set to clear blockage. we will dig up a section of the yard, install clean outs and back fill. this does not include reseeding or hauling away excess dirt.
