Found pin holes leak on old water shut off for the water tore out and replaced tested for leaks no leaks and marked shark bite fitting for depth

Performed a precision tune-up, confirming that everything was working well. Noticed slight mold growth starting and suggested installing an I-Wave air purifier; the customer agreed, so we will return to complete the installation. We need to order three 30x10x1 filters as we did not have this size in stock. Additionally, I installed a new Honeywell RTH9585WF thermostat and tested it for proper operation, ensuring the system runs efficiently. Our proactive approach ensures optimal indoor air quality and system performance.

Single pole contactor. Perform precision AC tuneup after replacing a corroded single pole contactor. The unit is in good working condition.

Found boiler to be operating fine. Each register had over 100 degrees of heat. It is very cold and the house has a lot of windows. The boiler is operating against a lot of factors and is working at 100% capacity in this weather.

Performed tune up on water heater and verified proper operation.

For this job, the customer was explaining to me when the children taking a shower, they would have no hot water, and the water pressure would be low. So I proceeded to check the gas valve coming in and found it a little low so I adjusted up to 12.5 wc. Propane. Then I had flush the tankless water heater. The customer also told me that they just put in a new well and the company that did it said to get the mud out of the line they need to flush it 3 times a day for 2hrs in a Week. So I went to check the house filter to find that clog. I also noticed that when they would flush the system out, they would leave the main shut off valve open to the house, while They are flushing the well. So I have to replacing the filter, I went upstairs to the bathroom to find both shower and sink had sand in it. My recommendation for the customer is to continue flushing the well out, but closing the main shut off valve to the house. That would prevent Mud and sand going into all the appliances. I als

For this job, I performed maintenance on the furnace. After checking everything, I found the collector box on the Goodman furnace was leaking I recommended the customer putting a new seal on it and they gave me the approval to get that fixed. After putting a new seal, I did not find any other issue with the system. The customer had asked if I could look at their humidifier because they didn’t think it was working. So I proceeded to check the humidifier and I found everything OK except the water had been turned off. And I also bumped the humidifier up. Told the customer if this doesn’t work, we would need to come back. Overall rating of this system is OK

Cleaned blower wheel and verified everything was operating properly.

Run 1” water line from pressure tank in yard to crawl space and tie into water line under house. Will need approximately 100’ of 1” CTS water pipe and 1” CTS coupling as well as 1” to 3/4 CTS reducer. Starting cost $1500.00

Found toilet to be backing up. Ran toilet auger through toilet and cleared blockage. Verified proper operation.

Performed , AC maintenance. We turn the thermostat down 10°. Then we proceed to check the furnace blower and the furnace blower cleaned then we also cleaned the drain and check the temperature dropped and found it all good. Then we proceed to check the AC unit define it is low on Freon put the gauges on it up to 2 pounds of Freon. R22. Then we proceeded to check the capacitor to find the readings are off. The capacitor is showing signs of leaking. Proceed to clean the coil on the AC unit. Recommendation for the customer is to change the capacitor, have a leak check and add up to 2 pounds of R22.

Replaced the bad air coil on the geo system Pressure tested and pulled vacuum to insure no leaks Recharged the system with 5lbs 410a Insured the geo is working properly before leaving

Checked the geo system Found the system low on Freon again Found oil on the air coil Checked the solder fittings from the last replacement No leaks there, leak detector was going off above that fitting along the capillaries May need to return to do a pressure test Office to get with the manufacture

Checked the furnace Found the control board failed Not bringing on the blower motor Bypassed the board to allow heat Office to quote The furnace is currently working with the fan running all the time Thermostat is also not bringing on the system at the correct temperature, owner is gonna replace the thermostat

Replaced the venter fan, motor was seized, would cause the pressure switch issue Also found the port on the collector box broken that went to a pressure switch Sealed the broken side and moved the hose to the other side of the collector box Owner to replace the filter Insured the furnace is working properly before leaving

Gas valve was not the issue Found the pressure switch bad, The pressure switch shuts down the gas valve if it fails Replaced the pressure switch and insured the furnace is working properly before leaving

Found pressure witch was stuck open. Found draft fan is failing. Recommend replacing draft fan and pressure switch System is currently working. Aaron will add pressure switch cost to estimate for customer.

Need to return to dig up and possibly cut concrete slab. Customer said that Monday, Thursday or Friday next week is best for him. Need to let customer know when we will be returning.
