Replaced toilet flapper.

Flame sensor. Performed precision heat tuneup. replace flame sensor. Unit is running in a good condition.

After some troubleshooting I have found that when the ignition control module sends a signal for the gas valve to open it does not open. Customer needs a new gas bales for system to run. Unit is a 32 year old 85,000btu Bard furnace that is way oversized for the ductwork that it is on. I advised to customer that with the age of the unit that is should be updated and the ductwork needs to be upsized

Furnace would shut off after burners lit, after inspection I found the flame sensor was dirty and needed cleaned. After cleaning it the furnace ran properly

Estimate is for recovering F22 freon from refrigerator in basement.

Replacement of water heater

Cleaned trap and drain line for furnace and AC. Repaired drain line. Inspected evaporator pan for any blockages and was clear. Found no hub connection on furnace exhaust loose. Tightened to ensure no further leaks. Please email a contact of receipt.

Replacement of AC and Air handler with heat strips.

I responded to a call for a continuously running blower motor on a furnace and AC system. After inspecting the unit, I found that both the furnace and AC were functioning fine, but the blower fan was set to "auto," causing it to run continuously. I explained the situation to the customer and demonstrated how to properly adjust the blower fan settings. The system is now operating correctly, with no further issues. This service was completed for a homeowner in Montpelier, OH, ensuring everything is in good working order.

After opening up unit to inspect, It appears the control board has had water damage at some point. Also the filter was very dirty to the point that little to no air was moving through the cabinet. Customer needs new control board and possibly a new blower motor

Recommend a new blower motor for unit tested 10 mfd cap had 7.7 mfd out of range and put a new 10 mfd cap and blower was not starting up

Came for water pressure issue diagnose problem as sediment has clogged Kitchen faucet and bathroom faucet removed aerators tried blowing clog through it was unable to

Used circuit tracer to find electrical circuit that was not working. Took apart and checked all outlets and switches. Also verified wiring inside panel box. Took light apart in bathroom and checked wiring in fixture. Found a switch on the garage side of shop that a black wire fall out of wire nut. Replaced orange wire nut with yellow, cut back bare copper wire and re did the 3 black wire bundle behind switch. Verified 120volts to all outlets and resecured them to handy boxes and put covers back on.

Found leak on 3/8 soft copper under bathroom sink on push on fitting. Took sink stop off, removed leaking plastic push on fitting. Replaced fitting with 3/8 x 1/2 shark bite fitting and 1/2 in shark bite male adapter. Put sink stop back on. Copper pipe still had leak. Took shark bites back off and cut off 3/8 copper pipe back to clean/undamaged copper and put shark bites back on. Verified no leaks under sink on fittings.

Estimate is for digging up yard and installing 4" clean outs then digging up and replacing entire main sanitary line with 6" PVC per village of Montpelier. Estimated price range is from $3500.00 to $5000.00. Price is for two guys full day plus digger.

Cleared blockage with large machine. Camera inspection showed a lot of roots have penetrated the pipe. Customer accepted quote for digging yard, installing clean outs, and entire sanitary line.

Medium turbo, capacitor. Performed precision AC tuneup upon inspection. Outdoor capacitor needed to be replaced. Due to excessive corrosion after replacing capacitor unit is in good working condition filter size 20 x 20 x 1.

Single pole contactor. Performed precision AC tuneup upon inspection. I found the contactor needed replaced customer agreed to this. After replacing contactor system is in good working condition filter size 16 x 25 x 5 clean comfort.

Medium turbo, capacitor. Preformed precision AC tuneup. AC is an older or 22 system that has low on charge. I recommended to the customer that the system be replaced. They are going to wait on replacement and today only the capacitor was replaced. Filter size 20 x 20 by for Honeywell.

Install a Whole House Air Purifier I-wave R, super air purifier. Replaced filter.

For the 2 redlink wireless stats battery’s needed replaced customer supplied in total x4 AAA batteries tested system and both are reading correctly and no error codes out door coil very clean and checked drain all looked good as of today

Mini turbo, capacitor. Performed precision AC tuneup. Unit is an old R 22 system. After replacing mini turbo capacitor on the indoor blower wheel unit is in decent working condition.

Fixed drip on water heater, and also found and repaired leak on ac coil drain.
