Looked at furnace, found hole in heat exchanger. Need to replace furnace.

Installed new flapper and tested for leaks also used food color dye too make sure the flapper is not leaking by checked other potential leak for shower went under crawlspace did not see anything and recommended new faucet for tub because the hot side is not turning the greatest customer does not want to do anything at this time

After inspection of furnace, I found that the draft fan motor is seized up due to rusted metal pieces filling up the housing. We will have to order a new draft fan motor and replace flu piping, the pipe is horribly rusted and corroded and caused the damage

Performed heat tune-up on gas furnace. Verified proper operation. Found burners are getting rusty.

After inspection of water heater, I found that there is damaged wiring on the elements due to the tank previously being left empty but power still on. Customer wants to replace bother elements and thermostats

Pilot won’t stay lit needs a new thermal couple installed new part and tested and checked for leaks and blew out pilot tubing and also recommended a new blower

Installed new outside faucets checked for leaks no leaks

Estimate is for repairing line on boiler and ensuring proper operation.

Replacement of thermocouple

Need to remove nail from boiler radiator pipe, lift radiator slightly and braze hole shut. Then need to replace auto vent that is leaking above boiler. Refill boiler, purge out all air and verify no leaks and proper operation of boiler and radiator.

Estimate is for installing a customer supplied bathroom faucet.

Found water heater leaking from tank. Recommend replacement.

Today, I replaced a PEX tee, an old shut-off valve, and a reducer coupling under the trailer in Bryan, OH. Draft motor. Perform precision heat tuneup. Upon inspection I noticed address fan motor was over Amping customer agreed to it being replaced. After Neutra fan motor was installed. System is in good running condition. Filter size 60 x 25 x 1.

Mini turbo, capacitor. Performed precision heat tuneup on boiler. Upon inspection, I noticed the capacitor on the draft fan motor was below factory specifications. Capacitor was replaced with mini turbo.

Found gas valve shorted and recommended a new valve and wants to know on pricing for new furnace and ac and possible duct work and relocate the stat

Found nail hole in radiator pipe from trim. Need to braze hole shut and change auto air vent.

Customer stated that both toilets have trouble flushing sometimes and water comes back up through the sink. We would have to pull a toilet up and inspect through there. Customer wasn’t prepared for price of drain cleaning and wants to call around for prices. Service fee was already charged so if they decide to have us back there will not be a second service charged
