Call Reason: When I arrived on job site, customer told me that furnace would fire up and then kick out. Problem: So I set the thermostat up 10° and went downstairs and furnace was running when I got down there. I inspected the burners and found that they were in bad shape and starting to crumble. I also found that the spark ignition pilot was in poor shape and not able to be taken apart. I cleaned the igniter, the best I could. I also checked the capacitor on the blower motor and it was within specs it was rated for 7.5 and was reading 7.4. I cycled furnace 3 to 4 times and it fired off every time and ran just fine. Solution: I would recommend replacing the burners and the igniter assembly along with the spark tubing. Overview: Furnace is very old, but I could not find any major issues outside of the ones stated above. Heat exchanger is starting to rust which will lead to failure. Furnace is definitely at the end of its life. Please mail invoice. Customer does not have an email
For this job, the customer wanted their valves to their washing machine replace. And while I was there, they asked if I could add two shut off valve underneath the washer and dryer. When I went take the I could not get to it without putting an access panel to get to it. After I informed the customer this information, the customer gave me the OK to put one in. After installing the shut off valve underneath the dryer and washer, and replaced the washing machine shut off valves, I turned the main wire back on to check for leaks, and I did not find any leakage. The washer machine system is working in normal operation.
For this job, the customer furnace was not coming on due to the pressure switch. So I blow into the hose line and I sucked into the pressure switch. After I did that the furnace immediately came on. So I recommended to the customer having a tuneup done on her furnace and talk to her about our Gold Plan Membership. And she wanted our plan. I created an estimate and they gave me the OK to have the office. Call them and schedule an appointment. As of right now, the customer has heat. I did not find any other issues with the system

When I arrived on job site I found that capacitor was bad for outdoor fan which I replaced and unit fired right up and then went inside and found that filter was extremely dirty I pulled out the filter and replaced it as well customer wanted to sign off on the maintenance plan which I set up.
