Performed precision tuneup on boiler. Unit wasn’t staying lit after the burners came on, after cleaning the flame sensor the unit is working as it should
Checked furnace and it had no codes. check flame sensor and It was reading properly was not able to check combustion due to not having the tool on my truck but customer would like us to come out and do a maintenance ASAP on the system.
Found flame sensor to be dirty and reading low. Cleaned flame sensor and verified reading of 3.2. Furnace is operating properly.
1. Running power out to outside light pole and installing a day/night sensor.(currently no power) 2. Installing two customer supplied garage lights on both sides of the garage door.(currently no power there) 3. Installing two light/fans in upstairs porch. 4. Replacing the kitchen light. We will have to run wire from panel to light post, pull wire down wall and install a switch in the garage, pull wire from existing light to second new light. We were not able to get a wire run across the ceiling for the upstairs. So we will have to return with some low profile, wire, hide and run it externally on the ceiling to the second fan. Everything else is complete
When arriving at the customers house thermostat on to AC, then I proceeded to put my gauges on the AC unit, and I found a pressure are low. The system is about 4 pounds of R22. And customer had asked if I could get the water out of the drain pan because water was leaking on the floor. I went to get water out of the call pan to find its draining good. But I did see rust and corrosion all over the coil fittings.
Customer said he will give us a call when he needs to get it inspected and cleaned
