Performed complete duct cleaning, Customer also wants us to order new baseboard registers around the house. What type of register and how many will be in follow ups

Performed a camera inspection on main sewer. I inspected from check valve all the way back to first floor stool and it was clear there was one spot that had a little bit of reduction on it but nothing that I would cause an issue. I also went up on the roof and listen to both vents and could hear water running verifying they’re open.

Found kitchen sink drain to be plugged tried using handheld and was unsuccessful I got it out about 6 feet and then it kept getting stuck. I then ran chain knocker down the line and after multiple times passing through I was able to get the cast cleaned up. Everything is now draining properly. If drain plugs again the chain knocker will have to be used due to their being at least 6-90s within a 10 to 15 foot distance. I verified everything was working with a camera inspection.

Replace gas valve on water heater and verified it was operating properly

Found gas valve to be bad. Let customer know that we will need to order and return to install. Scheduled for Monday at the end of the day.

Checked the man hole, no lines are plugged, bottom of the man hole is full of grease and waste No way for us to clean out the man hole Owner to call the township to see who can clean it out

Pulled the toilet, water level was right there at the floor Ran the machine 75ft out, all the cable length Machine broke down Tried to run the camera but to full of water, store manager said problem is about 100ft, transition in the pipe the does not have fall Old Marcos pizza, under furnace is where the repair was made before Owner to try and get schismatic and we can return when the machine is repaired and has a longer cable

Customer is getting septic pumped if it does not solve issue she will call us back out to clean drain

Performed the furnace tuneup Insured the furnace is working properly before leaving Found the water softener leaking from the interface Due to the age and condition, highly recommended replacing Owner also requested a quote for adding a humidifier Quoted both

Replaced the sewage ejection pump and float Added a check valve Insured no leaks Sealed the pit cover Insured the pump is working properly and cleaned work space

Checked the corrugated pipe around the house, found roots growing in the pipe under tree on the southwest corner of the house Ran the large machine with the cutter bit Cleared the roots in 2 spots, ran the cable and verified with the camera the line was clear and draining

Perform Precision Tune Up on heat system and verified everything was operating properly
